A number of scandinavian elves arrive in town looking for help: The goddess Hel has laid siege to the mixed elven colony of Elfadhar, and demands the return of her father, Loki. The nearby colonies of light and dark elves sent delegations to the Aesir to get help. Odin ordered Heimdall to send them here, since the Spook Squad were the source of the situation.
